Shipping 

I will make every effort to ship your items within 2 weeks of receiving payment.  Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and takes 3-5 days.  If you prefer a trackable form of delivery or faster shipping, please e-mail me to make these arrangement or include this request at the time of purchase.

My standard shipping costs are $8 for tutus, $3 for T-shirts or bodysuits, and $2 for accessories, but I am happy to upgrade and bill you for faster shipping options if needed.  I always combine shipping on orders to save you money!  If your combined shipping is less than calculated at checkout, I will refund you the difference, rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

Shipping costs include APO/FPO boxes and the continental US.  If you need international shipping, or a tutu sent to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please contact me for an updated shipping cost.

 

The Sassy Pants Studio is located in Friendswood, Texas - a small town south of Houston and not-too-far from the beach!  If you live nearby, please feel free to contact me to arrange for pick-up instead of shipping!

 

Payment

Sassy Pants Studio accepts all major credit cards and we use Paypal for our secure online transactions.  You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card through Paypal.  For more information on Paypal, or to create an account, please go to www.paypal.com or click on the logo below.

Care and Cleaning Instructions

Tutus:  

Let's face it - sometimes having fun means getting dirty!  If your sassy pants finds that her tutu needs cleaning, I recommend spot cleaning only.  I have put these tutus in a laundry bag and washed in cold water on the gentle cycle.  I have then hung it to dry and fluffed it by hand afterwards with pretty good results - if you must!   When not in use (unlikely, but hey!), I recommend  keeping it on a hanger or hanging it inside out overnight to restore it's poof!  If you can get it off her, tutus make great wall decorations in little girls rooms too!

 

Tees and Bodysuits: 

Bodysuits have been pre-washed prior to embellishment.  Once embellished I recommend washing them in cold water, inside out to protect the transfer and crystals.  You may use a warm iron on the underside of the embellishment if it appears wrinkly after drying.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Your tutu is handmade and therefore one-of-a-kind.  Slight variations from the picture are to be expected and should be considered part of it's charm!  Because I make all my tutus with a particular sassy pants in mind (yours!),  tutus are non-refundable.  However, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase - and refer your friends!  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to work with you.  Please e-mail me directly so that we can discuss your concerns.  You can email me at jennifer@sassypantsstudio.com  

 

The buyer is responsible for shipping on returned items.

 

Please remember that the designs you see here are original and belong to Sassy Pants Studio; I would really appreciate it if you didn't copy them.

If you buy a tutu and want to share it with your friends that's great!  But please don't resell it without my permission.  If you are interested in wholesaling or reselling, please contact me.

Tickets are $8 at the door or $7 in advance.

Children under 12 are free.
