not been published before

have to right to give us this image (if it is not yourself)
Shows our product clearly, and in a positive manner
Is
in the form of a .JPG, .jpeg, .gif, .pdf, .bmp and does not exceed
1MB
Is
at least or larger than 300 x 500 pixels
If you are not the person in
the photo, or if the photo is of a child under the age of 18, you must
identify your relationship with the person along with their name and
address if different.
By sending
us your photos, you are agreeing that:
You are giving
Sassy Pants Studio full permission to use of your photo or comment for
publishing on their website, print media, display media, or any other use
that they see fit. Sassy Pants Studio may edit the photo or comment
for their needs, and you have permission from the people in the photo to
distribute their image. You are also responsible for the penalties
if you violate copyright, distribute others' likeness without their
permission, or give us images that have been previously published.
If you send us a photo with a child under the age of 18, you must
identify yourself and your relationship to the person along with their
name and address if different. If you do not have the right to send
us the child's image, and it is contested, Sassy Pants Studio will have no
choice but to report the image, not use it, contact all parties involved,
and have you assume all penalties. Photos of children without
requested information present will not be used.

no age restriction on sending comments, however, if you are under 18,
please make sure it is O.K. with your parent or guardian that you share
your thoughts with us. We assume that by sending us your comment, we
are allowed to use it as we see fit.
If you are under 18 please
have your parent or guardian send us the photo with both your and their
name and address.
Sassy Pants Studio must
ask for contact information as a legal means of entering in a contract
besides the terms and conditions listed here. We will not sell of
give your information to any third parties.
Sassy Pants Studio has
the right to choose when and where to use pictures, if at all, and any
photos sent become property of Sassy Pants Studio. Sassy Pants
Studio will not use
the images, or a person's likeness, to portray any negative, illegal, or
harmful acts that may result in negative or harmful attitudes or
defamation of character on behalf of Sassy Pants Studio or the person in
the image itself.
Sassy
Pants Studio will, and is obligated to, report any illegal or harmful acts
portrayed in any received images.
